Tom is 32 years old. He lives in a small flat in London with his cat, Biscuit. Every morning, Tom wakes up at 7 o'clock. He has a shower, gets dressed, and then makes a cup of tea. He never eats breakfast at home because he is always in a hurry.
Tom works in an office near the city centre. He goes to work by bus. The journey takes about 25 minutes. At work, Tom talks to his colleagues and answers emails. He has lunch at 1 o'clock. He usually eats a sandwich and drinks a coffee in a small café near the office.
In the afternoon, Tom has meetings. Sometimes the meetings are long and he feels tired. After work, at 6 o'clock, he goes to the supermarket and buys food for dinner.
In the evening, Tom cooks a simple meal, watches TV, or reads a book. He goes to bed at 11 o'clock.
On weekends, Tom meets his friends. They go to the park, to a restaurant, or to the cinema. Tom likes Italian food. His favourite dish is pizza. He also likes watching football. His favourite team is Arsenal.
Tom is happy with his life. He says: "I have a good job, a comfortable flat, and great friends. What more do I need?"
